BayWa r.e. EMEA, one of the leading companies in the distribution of solar photovoltaic components, is looking to fill a vacancy as a Junior Engineer in Seville.

Job description

  • Coordinate the implementation of document control and project management methodology.
  • Organize project documentation for the different topics and stages of project management.
  • Support the development of process mapping across the business and assist in the creation of different registers, templates and documentation.
  • Collaborate in internal audits and inspections regarding QHSSE and project management.
  • Monitor the correct implementation of policy and processes ensuring compliance with methodology and management systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of digital tools related to O&M in solar and wind energy.
  • Elaborate presentations, digital communications, collaborate in creating guidance and best practices.
  • Interact with the different service providers and resources of the QHSSE team both in English and Spanish.

Requirements/Profile of the candidate

  • Technical or Industrial Engineer.
  • Independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritiz and meet tight deadlines and able to manage work autonomously and as a team.
  • Excellent communication, organisation skills and time management.
  • English required to a business level (advanced level).
  • MS Office user comand is required (Office 365 apps such as Teams, Excel, PPT, Word, Sharepoint, Publisher, Visio, OneNote..).
  • Driving licence (eligible for car rental).
