Residential solar company, Sunhero, whose founders have more than 25 years of experience launching companies in international markets, are looking for a Salesforce Administrator in Barcelona.
Work description
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and installed packages
- Maintaining Sales and Service cloud implementations
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including data imports/exports using Data Loader
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Collaborating with the Product Managers and Engineers in solution design, bringing in unique perspectives across security, best practices, scalability, limits and your intuition as a Salesforce Specialist
- Field support requests from existing user base and maintain relationship with Salesforce support when needed
Minimum requirements/Candidate profile
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
- Knowledge of managing data with Data Loader and generating Salesforce reports
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
- Able to work independently
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science would be advantageous
- Fluency in English and Spanish are required (written and spoken)
