Otovo, one of Europe’s leading platforms for solar systems, whose mission is to promote the energy transition from fuels to renewables, is looking for an Account Manager in Madrid.
Job description
- You will be involved in the development and execution of our future partner acquisition strategy.
- You will concurrently manage the company’s objectives as part of Otovo’s account management team.
- You will develop and help execute a world-class pitch.
- You will lead the onboarding of partners to the Otovo platform.
- You will help develop a team of successful Account Managers.
- You will create a collaborative team culture based on trust, communication and clear, measurable goals.
- You will work closely with Otovo’s leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Requirements/Candidate profile
- A self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in short cycle B2B sales / account management, preferably in a market environment within renewable energy or construction.
- Experience working in a digital environment, in an expanding or fast-growing company would be an advantage.
- University degree or professional commercial training.
- Passion for building long-term relationships.
- Ease and confidence in reaching out to new partners, including cold calling.
- Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly.
- Courage to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
- Data-driven and goal-focused approach.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
