Job description

  • Carrying out training for Distributor’s staff
  • Carrying out presentations and seminars for Customers (at Distributors, at Customers)
  • Technical consultancy for Distributors and their Customers
  • Making technical specification/technical solution
  • Communicating the most suitable supply channel
  • Setting regulations/rules for project business (system of technical support)
  • Making database of designers
  • Getting into intensive cooperation with the most prospective ones
  • Providing designers with technical support
  • Communication with technical magazines
  • Carrying out exhibition activities
  • Carrying for promo items and catalogues
  • Advising how to distribute CHINT goods on the market
  • Start-up of cooperation with new Customers
  • Regular communication with existing Partners
  • Coordination of issues related to price level setting, preparation of price list
  • Leading the sales and back office team
  • Responsiblitiy for training process of the new people joining the team
  • Checking performance results, providing feedback
  • Full responsibility for financial results of the dedicated company in the region
  • Preparation of the sales budget
  • Cost and sales spenditures control

Minimum requirements/Candidate profile

  • Spain (preferably Madrid)
  • Willingness to travel (Spain: Customers support, fairs…)
  • Occasional international trips (HQ, meetings…)
  • Industrial or Electrical Engineer.- Equivalent experience
  • Excel – Professional level
  • Specific training in electric product
  • SAP
  • Spanish: Native
  • English: C1
