Tasks:

  • Report to the MD and support him in the well-functioning and further-improvement of the operative.
  • Responsible for supporting the MD in developing and directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
  • Further-develop KPI-control structures and implement continuous-improvement processes.
  • Define reporting mechanisms to better monitor our operations’ performance.
  • Improve cooperation and further-develop quality control mechanisms with our external logistic partners.
  • Manage our internal sales, logistics and technical support teams and processes.

Profile:

  • University degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or similar.
  • + 3 years of experience in B2B distribution operations management (logistics, internal sales and technical support) and managing a team of at least 5 people.
  • Well acquainted with the logistics branch in Spain both in distribution (transport) and logistics (warehouse).
  • Experience in process definition, optimisation and implementation.
  • Confident in usage or implementation of usage of ERP tools such as Oracle Netsuite, SAP or similar.
  • You’re a motivating, dynamic and inspiring team-player able to make the most of everyone by designing adapted task structures.
  • You’re solution-oriented, pragmatic and are good at balancing focus on targets with a positive team spirit.
  • Advanced English knowledge.
  • You’re an advanced user of MS Office and are familiar with project management and process definition/optimisation tools.
  • Project management experience and previous or current activity in the solar PV industry are a plus.
