The platform for the management and optimization of renewable energy assets, Quintas Energy, are looking for an Insurance Operations Support in Seville.

Job description

  • Management of key dates for renewals, detailed records of claims and indemnities for several portfolios.
  • Working with finance teams to ensure premium payments are complied with.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of an issue and its viability against relevant insurance coverage.
  • Assisting in the preparation of insurance claims and all supporting information.
  • Detailed analysis of all information and reports relating to a claim.
  • Attend weekly calls for various clients, taking minutes and relaying all information to team while providing what is needed on said call from an insurance perspective.
  • Support in the insurance policy renewal process.
  • Managing and overseeing renewals of some corporate Quintas policies.

Minimum requirements/Candidate profile

  • Relevant Training or Degree.
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish. Italian a plus.
  • Ability to engage, converse and be proactive with all relevant third parties on associated insurance policy and/or insurance claims.
  • Excellent writing and overall communication skills.
  • Strong ability for practical responses and juggling various tasks.
