Residential solar company, Sunhero, whose founders have more than 25 years of experience launching companies in international markets, are looking for a Salesforce Administrator in Barcelona.

Work description

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and installed packages
  • Maintaining Sales and Service cloud implementations
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including data imports/exports using Data Loader
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Collaborating with the Product Managers and Engineers in solution design, bringing in unique perspectives across security, best practices, scalability, limits and your intuition as a Salesforce Specialist
  • Field support requests from existing user base and maintain relationship with Salesforce support when needed

Minimum requirements/Candidate profile

  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Knowledge of managing data with Data Loader and generating Salesforce reports
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Able to work independently
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Spanish are required (written and spoken)
