Otovo, one of Europe’s leading platforms for solar systems, whose mission is to promote the energy transition from fuels to renewables, is looking for a Technical Manager in Madrid.

Job description

  • Receive inquiries from customers, electricians and/or other experts regarding various problems with the customer’s existing facilities – via chat, email and phone.
  • Solve challenges related to the installations in a cost- and time-efficient way, either through own expertise, internal resources or through cooperation and good communication with an installation partner or colleague.
  • Contribute to building knowledge articles for internal and external use.
  • Work closely with other Otovo colleagues from the 13 markets where we are active in.

Requirements/Candidate profile

  • You have personal drive and are curious about new tasks and areas of responsibility.
  • You have previous experience with customer support, preferably with tools such as CRM (Hubspot).
  • You will have previous experience from practical work as an electrician, or have knowledge about electrical systems.
  • It is an advantage that you are interested in the green shift and want to learn more about solar energy.
  • Some knowledge on SCADA monitoring as a good to have.
  • Appreciate quality in work, and giving customers a good and safe experience.
  • Able to handle several tasks at the same time, and continuously focus on the most important first.
  • Communicate well, with customers and with colleagues in Madrid.
  • Speak Spanish fluently, any other European language is a plus.
